Marian Li Premio Nacional de Teatro de Costa Rica 2023

Marian Li received the Ricardo Fernandez Guardia National Theatre Award 2023 in Costa Rica for her performance in the play "Cosquillitas". The Ministry of Culture announced:  "For an excellent technical handling of the corporal, vocal and interpretative resources that allowed him to transfer the spectators to diverse poetic spaces, without the need of scenographic-technical elements. Because it demonstrated a solvency on stage and an appropriate approach to a socially relevant topic with great sensitivity. The Ricardo Fernández Guardia National Theater Award in the category of Acting was granted to Marian Li, for her work in the play "Cosquillitas".

Marian Li will be interpreting the character of "La Llorona" in the National Theater Company of Costa Rica's play and musical "Unica mirando al Mar", by costarican playwright Fernando Contreras. The play will be directed by famous Jaime Hernández.  The music will be composed by costarican rock star, Bernal Villegas.

The première will be on November, 14th, 2019 at Teatro de la Aduana in San José and it will be showing until february 2020.
